1 Tablespoon Black Pepper
3 Cups Mayonnaise
1/2 Cup Dijon Mustard
1 Teaspoon Lemon Juice
½ Cup Parmesan (grated)
1 Dash Tabasco
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
1 Tablespoon Garlic (chopped)
1/2 Head Butter Lettuce (Blanched)
1 Bunch Chive
½ Cup Chervil
1 Tablespoon Tarragon
3 Each Ice Cubes
Salt and Pepper to taste
Method:
1. Place parmesan, garlic, ice cubes and all green ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
2. Fold puree into Mayonnaise and season with remaining ingredients.
*Dressing will keep in the refrigerator for two days.
